Facts before you leave When is the best time to visit? You can visit New York when ever during the whole year. You only have to know by yourself which weather you like the best. During the summer (Jul-Aug) it can get really hot and winter/spring can be really cold. NYC & Company - the city's official tourism marketing organization - has opened an office in Stockholm! The office opened in March 07 as a step in the goal to increase turism from the Scandinavian countries to New York. The Mayor Michael R. Bloomberg's goal is to attract 50 million visitors annually by 2015. Turist information The NYC Stockholm office is not opened to the public.
