This old tavern is located in the same building since it opened in 1794. At that time alcohol was served to sailors and prostitutes. Today politicians and tourist are coming here.

Old Town Bar
The Bar opened in 1892 and nearly looks the same today. The ceiling, the floor and their drinking glass cupboard is intact from the early years.

Providence and Triumph Room
The place with both good food (Providence) and dancing in the Triumph Room.
Today it´s a famous restaurant and club. This place was in the beginning a church and later also a recording studio for many famous artists like
Hendrix, Sinatra, Stones and Streisand etc.

China Club
The place for you that like Rock n´ Roll.
This is the club were the most famous stars have performed, among others:
David Bowie, Michael Bolton, Bruce Springsteen, Stevie Wonder, Elton John, Eric Clapton mfl. Celebrities not only come here to perform, they also come here spontaneously just because they like the place. In
1997 the original club closed in Upper West Side. In January 1998 this new China Club opened in the middle of Times Square.
